The United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission
NRC
might as well be
NO REAL CHANCE
The Philyra Foundation, based on the Central Coast of California, after much input from citizens fighting the NRC for over 30 years, has developed a petition and letter writing campaign for all citizens and public officials to revoke the corporate charters that allow companies like Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) to operate. Without a charter, they have no power to sue or anything else.
Only since the late 19th century has corporate control taken such power from citizens and municipalities; the real power to even charter the corporation can be revoked by the state legislature, the attorney general, who enforces laws, or the secretary of state who regulates corporations.
Print and sign the petition below or write a similar one and distribute it widely amongst your friends and neighbors.
Copy and send it directly to the following public officials, as well as others.

Call them up and make sure they know that we, the People, will not tolerate their deference to rubber stamp alphabet soup commissions, e.g. NRC, CPUC, CEC, etc, etc,
